Session 3hrs : Sea Kayaking / Relay Races and Beach Team Activities
Warm up activities get you used to the equipment before we engage in competitive relay race, with our expert instructors we take your team onto the water in our 1 and 2 man Kayaks. Challenges will be set for the teams both on and off the water.
With the beach as our playground we lay on a number of team activities that encourage working together and communication.
Whether it is physical or mental challenges each team member faces one things for sure, everyone will working as one by the end!

Session 3hrs : Raft Building and Beach Challenges
Warm up on the beach with some great activities such as barrel rolling and relay races. Teams will then compete against each other to design, construct and float their raft from the materials provided. Teams will have to assess ideas, choose the most promising and create the design. With a little time for some fine tuning, you will take the crafts onto the water with everyone on board. A short course will be set in the shallow waters, the most successful team will be the one who listens to each other and works together as one...and floats!
Focus: Conflict Resolution, Communication, Time Management, Creative Thinking
Difficulty level - Easy - Medium - Hard *Depending on client's requirements
All programs can be tailored to be a fun team building event or a team development analysis and reviews
