Day 1

Fly to Kathmandu. Pick-up at the airport and settle into your accommodation. Meet your guides and prepare for the next few days of trekking and service. Enjoy some of the excellent food available in this city​​

Day 2

Kathmandu Valley trek – Drive to your starting point about 1 ½ hours outside of the capital and begin the 5-hour trek. You should be able to get amazing views of Himalayan peaks in the distance from a high viewpoint. Hostel stay en-route.

Day 3

Kathmandu Valley trek. Another 5 hours of trekking brings you to the bus which will return you to Kathmandu in preparation for your service work tomorrow.

Day 4

Community Service locally in the Kathmandu valley, assisting in the community to help improve a school, medical centre or an orphanage, there's a whole range of projects to be done in Nepal, giving you the added bonus of getting to know the locals and interact.  Maybe have fun game of cricket at the end of the day.

Day 5

Community Service. Say your fond farewells as you finish your work and travel back to the capital for a well-earned celebratory dinner.

Day 6

 Kathmandu & Bhaktapur – A great chance to visit some of the sights of both the new and old capital cities.  

A trip to Nepal wouldn't be complete without a visit to the capital city Kathmandu experience the hustle and bustle before heading off to Bhaktapur here you will walking the cobbled streets soaking up the true Nepali culture & heritage. 

Day 7 

White water rafting – Full day trip out to the most popular Trusili River for a fabulous rafting day, including BBQ lunch

Day 8

A last chance to buy souvenirs, maybe even do a little bartering with the locals before flying home.
